Robert Dzielak serves as Expedia Group’s Chief Legal & People Officer and Corporate Secretary to the Board of Directors. In his role as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary, he oversees the company’s global legal and government affairs functions, including corporate governance. As Chief People Officer, he leads the company’s global people and real estate organizations.
Mr. Dzielak joined Expedia Group in 2006, initially leading worldwide litigation and strategic initiatives. In 2011, he was appointed to lead global legal and government affairs, and in November 2025, he added the Chief People Officer role.
Prior to joining Expedia Group, he was a partner at Preston, Gates & Ellis LLP (now K&L Gates LLP), specializing in commercial and intellectual property litigation. He holds a J.D. from The John Marshall Law School and currently serves on the Supervisory Board of trivago N.V.
