Our fiscal year mirrors the calendar year, with the last day of our year occurring on December 31. Our quarterly periods conclude on March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31.

We declared our first quarterly cash dividend in the first quarter of 2010. Future declarations of dividends and the establishment of future record and payment dates are subject to the final determination of Expedia Group, Inc.’s Board of Directors. We do not currently offer direct stock purchase or dividend reinvestment programs.
