Prior to rejoining Expedia Group, Mr. Hart served as Chief Financial Officer of a leading fintech company, where he was responsible for scaling financial operations and driving innovation.

During his time at Expedia Group, he served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer from 2019 to 2022. He also held the role of Chief Strategy Officer, leading the company’s global strategy, business development efforts, and mergers and acquisitions. Earlier in his tenure, Mr. Hart served as General Manager of CarRentals.com and led Expedia Group’s corporate strategy team, where he was instrumental in several of the company’s largest acquisitions.

Mr. Hart began his career at Accenture and later held roles at Boston Consulting Group and Lake Capital, gaining deep experience in strategy, private equity, and operations. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgia State University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
